Lauren Ardman
Lauren Ardman, LMSW has worked with families and children for over 20 years. She is a full time employee of Dutchess County BOCES, and also has her own private practice in the healing arts. Lauren  is dedicated to making her community a better place for all to live.  In her spare time, Lauren performs with Hudson River Playback Theatre, dances as much as possible, spends time in nature and with her family and their dogs, and parents her son Tavi with as much love and grace as possible,

Kathy Brodsky

Kathy Ann Brodsky, LCSW is a social worker, adoptive mom and advocate for ethical adoption practice. She has prepared thousands of adoption homestudies, counseled adoptive parents and parents-to-be, and has trained professionals to work with adoptive families. She was Director of the Ametz Adoption Program from March 1992 to March 2015. She is licensed in New York and New Jersey, was named an “Angel in Adoption” by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption in 2001, Head Writer for Adoption.net, on the Adoption Advisory Board of Path2Parenthood and has a private practice in New York City.
  
Laurie Coreno Reynolds

Laurie Coreno Reynolds, LMHC, MA is a Mental Health Clinician and adoption professional who has been providing mental health and adoption services for over 18 years.  Laurie is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holds a Master's Degree in Psychology.  Her specialties include working with pregnant women who are considering an adoption plan, birthparents, adopted teens, and adoptive parents.  Laurie consults for Hudson Valley Adoption Services.



 
Judy S. Schwartz
Judy S. Schwartz, MSW, LMSW, an adoption specialist, is also an adoptive mom of four children.  She provides various adoption-related services and has had the joyful privilege of being part of over 600 forever families.  She has presented at conferences, conducted workshops, provided counseling, and even been interviewed on international television about reunification issues and working with all aspects of the adoption triad.  She is available to conduct home studies and partners with a psychologist in conducting psychological evaluations of birthparents, embryo adoptions and prospective adoptive parents.
